Beth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Society from Binghamton University and an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Broome Community College. She entered the field of conflict resolution in 1991. Since then Beth has received certifications in the following areas of mediation: Special Education, Family Court (Custody, Visitation and Child Support), Department of Labor, and Divorce Mediation. She has developed and implemented Peer Mediation in 11 area schools. Beth has provided mediation and conflict resolution to law enforcement officers, school personnel, students, public assistance recipients, and jail inmates. In addition, Beth has coordinated and trained portions of a statewide Child Support training for Family Court and is certified through the New York State Office Court Administration to train mediators in Custody and Visitation. Beth has been practicing Divorce Mediation since 2001. Beth is a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.
M.J. Witman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in May 2008. In June 2006 M.J. retired from Verizon Communications after 26 years of service where she held several administrative, technical, and managerial positions. M.J. entered the field of conflict resolution in 1998 as a volunteer mediator for the New York State Unified Court System. Since then M.J. has received certifications in the following areas of mediation: Community (Small Claims, Landlord/Tenant, Neighbor/Neighbor, Family Court (Custody, Visitation and Child Support, Parent/Teen), and Divorce Mediation. M.J. has been practicing Divorce Mediation since 2006. M.J. is a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.
